Maintenance Specialist
About the Role
HHM CPAs is seeking an experienced handyman, maintenance specialist, and landscaper to work in one of the finest buildings in Chattanooga. This is a full-time position with benefits.
Responsibilities
- Landscaping and lawn care of two different building grounds
- Light electrical, plumbing, mechanical, painting, HVAC, and appliance maintenance assistance
- Maintain relationships with outside facility vendors
- Respond to internal requests for assistance
- Understand and follow safety and personal protection protocols
