About the role
This position is responsible for completing work orders related to daily maintenance tasks and light custodial work at various locations. The ideal candidate must have experience with paperwork (work orders, inventories, etc.), unit rehab in preparation for new residents, light work in carpentry, painting, Plumbing, Electrical Work, And Snow Removal Experience. A Company vehicle is provided for work-related use.
Responsibilities
- Completing work orders related to daily maintenance tasks and light custodial work at various locations.
- Experience with paperwork (work orders, inventories, etc.).
- Unit rehab in preparation for new residents.
- Light work in carpentry, painting, Plumbing, Electrical Work, And Snow Removal.
- A Company vehicle provided for work-related use.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Clean driving record and a valid drivers license.
- Completed and cleared pre-employment background checks: DMV, SBI, DHHS fingerprinting, sex offender registries, and federal debarment and fraud checks.
- Demonstrated experience in all the maintenance disciplines.
Qualifications
- Full-time, 40 hours per week.
- On-call nights, weekends, and holidays on a rotating basis.
- Based out of our South Paris Office.
