SCHEDULE: Full-Time (40 hours a week, flexible schedule, day hours)

Responsibilities
- Facility maintenance (all campus locations: St. Cloud, Monticello, Buffalo & Elk River)
- Move/transport, construct/assemble office furniture
- Repair construction problems, change light bulbs, painting
- Test boilers daily
- Monthly safety facility checks
- Grounds Maintenance: maintain shrubs, weeds in landscape, tree trimming, spring and fall clean-up, and clean gutters
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Boiler Special license, or willingness to obtain within 6 months of employment
- 1 or more years grounds and facility maintenance experience
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Clear DHS background study
- Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record
