Maintenance Specialist

About the role

As a Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and optimizing opportunities to improve maintenance and operational practices with a focus on quality and efficiency at the Pinto Valley Mine site. This maintenance professional also plays a key role in leading the standardization of lubrication practices and monitoring short term downtimes by using technical knowledge and innovative approaches. This position works closely with the maintenance, operations, supply chain and assets & engineering teams at Pinto Valley as well as with suppliers, contractors and consultants optimizing practices, reducing waste in maintenance and provide short term support to equipment downtime.
