About the role
The Maintenance Specialist is responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of all company facilities and equipment.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks on company equipment and facilities.
- Respond to emergency maintenance calls and perform repairs as needed.
- Keep records of maintenance activities and report issues to supervisors.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of related experience in maintenance or construction.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Qualifications
- Proficient in using common maintenance tools and equipment.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills
- Knowledge of building systems and utilities.
- Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

Pay
