About the role
Work Schedule: 100% FTE, full-time. Day shift, Monday - Friday 7a - 3:30p. Weekends and Holidays as needed. You will work at the UW Health Swedish American Hospital in Rockford, IL.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related study.
- Required: Master’s Degree in Business Management or Administration.
- Preferred: Five (5) years progressively responsible maintenance, operations, safety, and emergency management experience, with at least three (3) years in a supervisory capacity.
- Required: Five (5) years of supervisory experience in healthcare maintenance, operations, safety, and emergency management.
- Preferred: Certification through a state, national facilities or similar organization.
Compensation
- Additional components of compensation may include: Evening, night, and weekend shift differential, Overtime, On-call pay.
