Requirements: EPA Universal Certification strongly preferredHVAC troubleshooting/repair experienceValid driver’s license and reliable transportationComfortable working outdoors and traveling between sites1+ years in multi-family maintenance preferred Duties Include: HVAC repairs (split systems, PTACs, boilers, etc.)Unit make-readies, service requests & general maintenancePreventive maintenance, power washing, landscaping, snow removalSupport special projects and assist other site teams as neededPaint & Stain both interior and exterior applicationDrywalling, including painting and carpentryKnowledge of plumbing systems including sweating copper pipingKnowledge of electrical systems including outlets, switches, and light fixturesExtensive knowledge of repair and diagnosis of appliances including refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, microwaves, and garbage disposalsWater heater knowledge for both gas and electric systems Apply now to grow with one of the top property management companies in the U.S. A physical demonstration of your ability to complete job duties will be required during the interview process.
