• Grounds Maintenance: Mow grass, trim vegetation, plant trees and shrubs, and prepare new turf areas
• Facility Upkeep: Clean picnic areas, maintain restrooms and buildings, and repair tables, grills, and signs
• Material Handling: Load, move, and transport materials using dump trucks or pickup trucks
• Outdoor Labor: Dig ditches, clean culverts, cut firewood, clear brush, and assist with general outdoor tasks

Work Schedule

• Seasonal full-time employment, typically works about 8 months per year
• Work hours are 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with a 30-minute lunch
• Days will vary; position will work five days per week, 37.5 hours weekly, for seven-day operation
• Must be available weekends and holidays
• This position may work evenings, weekends, and holidays as workload and emergency situations warrant

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements

• Two years of experience in general maintenance work which has involved at least two of the building, electrical, or mechanical trades; or
• Any equivalent combination of experience and training that affords the applicant with the Required Knowledges, Skills, and Abilities

Special Requirements

• This position requires possession of a valid Class C non-commercial driver's license
