Duties

• Painting
• Carpentry
• Concrete and masonry projects
• Routine repair and maintenance of building and equipment
• Grounds keeping

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience: One year experience in building renovation maintenance

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Demolition
• Minor Carpentry – door and hardware replacement, cabinet installation, ceiling tile, handrails, wall brackets, handicap grab bars, minor trim
• Drywall patch and repair
• Painting
• Minor plumbing – toilet and sink replacement
• Minor electrical – light fixture, switch and receptacle replacement
