About the role

The Maintenance and Reliability Supervisor will coordinate the deployment of leading maintenance practices in alignment with production needs. In this role, you will supervise a team which executes a variety of medium complex activities to maintain capacity utilization and quality standards for reliable operations in the region.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the execution of specific equipment strategy for each asset involved with containing, controlling or safeguarding a high hazard process
  • Implement methodologies to improve operational effectiveness in compliance with regulatory codes and standards
  • Assist to lead the integration of contractor partners and equipment providing support to the plant force
  • Partner with regional and global leadership to support area leading practices
  • Develop the operational related budget to track the area progress against the estimate
  • Authority for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance, or disciplinary actions, and spend much of your time completing the same tasks as subordinate employees
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum one year of directly related work experience
  • Knowledge of related tools, processes controls and area technology systems
  • At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role
  • Other minimum qualifications may apply

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience coordinating third party resources to deliver business results
  • At least 2 years of maintenance, reliability activities and automation experience in an industrial setting
  • At least 2 years of electrical experience in an industrial setting
  • SAP experience
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite to manage maintenance metrics, work orders, budgets, schedules, and performance reports
  • Experience supporting HAZMAT programs, ammonia refrigeration systems, PSM compliance, and facility safety initiatives
  • Working knowledge of troubleshooting 480 VAC three-phase systems, 120 VAC control circuits, and 24 VDC automation and instrumentation circuits
  • Experience leading maintenance operations in a food manufacturing environment while maintaining compliance with GMP, food safety, and sanitation standards

This position is based in Round Rock, Texas.

Schedule

Typically 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM. Some events may require work on weekends and holidays.
