Maintenance & Reliability Manager

About the Role

KIND Snacks is seeking a Maintenance & Reliability Manager to oversee operations at our High Point, NC facility. This role is critical to ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our manufacturing equipment and processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance team to ensure all equipment operates at peak performance with minimal downtime.
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Manage corrective maintenance activities, including troubleshooting and repairs.
• Collaborate with production teams to optimize equipment reliability and efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, and productivity.
• Oversee spare parts inventory and procurement to support maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to maintenance and reliability.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the maintenance team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial) or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance or reliability management in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies.
• Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
• Proficient in root cause analysis (RCA) and problem-solving methodologies.
• Ability to lead and develop a high-performing maintenance team.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with food manufacturing processes and regulations is a plus.
