Maintenance & Reliability Engineer

About the role

Responsible for maintaining and improving the reliability of manufacturing processes and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot production machinery and systems
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
• Conduct preventive maintenance activities to prevent equipment failures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in maintenance or reliability engineering
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Qualifications

• Knowledge of industrial automation and control systems
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

• Technical writing and documentation skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical principles

Pay

• $70,000 - $85,000 annually

Schedule

• Full-time position
• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
