About the role
Responsible for maintaining and improving the reliability of manufacturing processes and equipment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and troubleshoot production machinery and systems
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Conduct preventive maintenance activities to prevent equipment failures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in maintenance or reliability engineering
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Qualifications
- Knowledge of industrial automation and control systems
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Technical writing and documentation skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical principles

Pay
- $70,000 - $85,000 annually
