Maintenance Reliability Engineer
About the role
Engineering role tied to the manufacturing process that influences departmental operations and is responsible for planning and execution. The position carries a degree of autonomy while focusing on the execution of activities within an operational discipline governed by functional standard practices and procedures. Judgment may be required, typically under guidance.
Responsibilities
- Define and control production processes including tools and equipment.
- Validate design specifications and implement new products, tools, or devices in the workshop.
- Involves manufacturing engineers.
- Deepen knowledge of a technical discipline.
- Apply prior experience and acquired technical expertise to implement policies and strategies.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of key business drivers and use this understanding to execute own work.
- Understand how the work of the team integrates with and contributes to other teams and the broader area.
- Exercise judgment and propose solutions outside established parameters, typically with guidance.
- Leverage prior experience and on-the-job training to resolve straightforward tasks.
- Access the technical skills and analytical thinking required to solve problems.
- Consult multiple internal sources outside the immediate team to inform decisions.

Qualifications
Advanced experience required. Knowledge level comparable to a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or high school diploma with relevant experience).

Pay
For U.S.-based positions, the pay range is between $81,700.00 and $136,700.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. Discretionary annual bonus eligibility.
