Maintenance Parts Clerk

About the role

The Maintenance Parts Clerk is responsible for managing and tracking all inventory within the maintenance shop to support efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain maintenance budgets and work order logs
• Perform physical cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
• Purchase, receive, and manage MRO (maintenance, repair, and operations) inventory
• Track capital project expenses and request pricing from vendors
• Monitor preventive maintenance activities and inventory usage
• Maintain and organize maintenance storerooms
• Ensure compliance with food safety, food defense, and food quality standards
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1–2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
• Computer literate in MS applications
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with SAP or other inventory tracking / purchasing applications

Schedule

Full-time permanent role on C or D shift, operating on a rotating schedule 5 pm to 5 am, Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday.
