Maintenance Outage Manager

About the Role

Coordinates the operations of all power-generating equipment, including reactor(s), reactor plant support systems (e.g., fuel handling, radioactive waste disposal), secondary plant systems, pumps, electrical breaker connections to the system, main turbines, generators, and associated auxiliary equipment. This role focuses on developing, coordinating, implementing, and administering nontechnical nuclear plant support activities such as the fitness for duty (FFD) program, document control, and facilities management.

As a Consulting Professional, you are recognized as an expert within the organization, both within and beyond your function. You will anticipate internal and/or external business challenges and/or regulatory issues, recommend process, product, or service improvements, and solve unique and complex problems that have a broad impact on the business. You will contribute to the development of functional strategy and lead project teams to achieve milestones and objectives. This role operates with no supervision in a complex environment.
