Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Install, maintain, and upgrade machinery and equipment in accordance with safety and operational standards.
• Collaborate with production teams to address equipment issues and implement improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, including lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in industrial maintenance, mechanical engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a maintenance mechanic in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Experience with welding, fabrication, and machining tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work in confined spaces.
