Maintenance Mechanic needed for Commercial Laundry!

About the role

We are looking to hire a Laundry Maintenance Mechanic for our laundry facility located in our Denver location.

Responsibilities

• Complete processing of linen to meet quality and efficiency standards.
• Diagnose, rebuild and repair equipment, perform inspections and preventive maintenance of equipment.
• Prepare and maintain records and reports.
• Maintain a variety of experience and in-depth knowledge in areas such as mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, Industrial Controls, PLC ladder logic, plumbing, HVAC, welding.
• Read blueprints and have strong mechanical knowledge of pumps, valves, gears, bearings, lubricants, etc.
• Have excellent problem-solving skills.
• Work any shift, excellent attendance, able to physically walk, crawl, climb ladders, lift up to 50 lbs., bend and squat to perform normal maintenance work.

Requirements

• Able to respond to basic verbal commands.
• Effectively follow directions.
• Organized.
• High school diploma or skilled trade school/vocational schooling.
• 3 years’ experience as a Maintenance Technician in a large-sized facility in a maintenance capacity.
• Available to work morning and/or overnight shifts. May include working on weekends or during holidays.
