Responsibilities

  • Diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of complex utility systems.
  • Troubleshooting, servicing, and installation of various equipment.
  • Utilization of specialized tools and equipment for electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and pipe-fitting work.
  • Maintaining compliance with local, state, federal, and Joint Commission standards through safety audits, drills, and regulatory documentation management.
  • Leadership of special projects, coordination of department orientations, and employee safety training.
  • Serving as the internal Subject Matter Expert (SME) on healthcare facility maintenance and life safety codes.

Requirements

  • Graduate of trade school and 3 years’ experience.
  • 5 years’ relevant experience.
  • Other equivalent combination of relevant education or experience.
