Responsibilities
- Diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of complex utility systems.
- Troubleshooting, servicing, and installation of various equipment.
- Utilization of specialized tools and equipment for electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and pipe-fitting work.
- Maintaining compliance with local, state, federal, and Joint Commission standards through safety audits, drills, and regulatory documentation management.
- Leadership of special projects, coordination of department orientations, and employee safety training.
- Serving as the internal Subject Matter Expert (SME) on healthcare facility maintenance and life safety codes.
Requirements
- Graduate of trade school and 3 years’ experience.
- 5 years’ relevant experience.
- Other equivalent combination of relevant education or experience.
