Responsible for the day to day maintenance of winey equipment, set up and installation with limited direct supervision. Complete all PM Work OrdersComplete commonly required repairs and troubleshootingMentor junior staff and perform OJTRead and understand equipment manualsCreates, reviews and modifies PM & CM type work orders Plan and oversee workIdentify and purchase partsAppropriately seeks advice when additional expertise or authority is neededUnderstands TFE business processes - work orders, inventory management, purchasing, etc.Understands operation of equipment and systemsCreate work instructions for routine tasksProficient computer skills / familiarity with MS OfficeProficient in 3 of the following skills:ElectricalWeldingPlumbing Beginning in 2 of the following skills:Water systemsMachiningResponsible for understanding the Food Safety and Quality Management System and related activities, including the SQF Food Safety & Quality Policy Qualifications Education: High School diploma or GED required, trade school certification preferredExperience Preferred: Minimum 4 years’ experience preferredProficient in 3 of the following skills:ElectricalWeldingPlumbing Beginning in 2 of the following skills:Water systemsMachiningStrong mechanical aptitudeProblem-solving skills in mechanical and electrical areasDemonstrates a highly motivated work ethicDemonstrates the ability to effectively work as part of teamAbility to accurately follow instructions and take directionAbility to respond to frequently changing production pressuresGood verbal and written communication skillsGood organizational skillsValid Driver’s license preferred Working Conditions Moderate to heavy physical workWork site may be any one of Trinchero Family Estates’ facilitiesStanding for long periods of time (8 hours per day)Must comply with all safety equipment requirements including ear plugs and safety glassesExposure to various chemicals in production areasExposure to machinery, forklifts and related production equipmentLong and irregular hours during peak periods or on various shiftsDepending on production efficiencies, weekend work will be required.Extensive walking and lifting of up to 55 pounds Salary Range: $31.15 - $38.05 The starting pay will be based on several factors, including but not limited to experience, training, education, and geographic location.
