Responsibilities

• Performs preventive maintenance, troubleshoots, diagnoses, and repairs mechanical systems and equipment for assigned facilities.
• May handle more complex tasks involving multiple systems or cross-departmental interactions.
• Requires specialized knowledge and expertise in areas such as locksmith, HVAC, motors, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Repairs heating, lighting, cooling, plumbing, ventilation systems and equipment.
• Installs and maintains motors and specialized equipment.

Qualifications

• Must have one or more of the following: Graduate of trade school.
• At least 2 years of related work experience.
• Equivalent combination of relevant education or experience may also qualify.
