Maintenance Mechanic - HVAC (2026-27)

Qualifications

• HVAC technical training, apprenticeship, certification, and equivalent experience.
• Experience with Building Automation Systems, DDC controls, or HVAC control systems preferred.
• Understanding of HVAC electrical systems, control circuits, sensors, actuators, and low-voltage controls.
• Ability to read HVAC control drawings, wiring diagrams, and sequences of operation.
• Experience with BAS platforms, controllers, or protocols such as BACnet and Modbus is a plus.
• EPA Section 608 certification required for technicians who handle regulated refrigerants.

Testing Requirements

Pre-Employment/Post-Offer Physical Ability Testing.
