Responsibilities

• Ensure equipment operates safely and optimally
• Effectively troubleshoot and repair all equipment
• Carry out preventative maintenance efficiently
• Interact professionally with production staff, co-workers, and vendors/contractors

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Familiarity with centrifugal pumps, PD pumps, progressive cavity pumps, gear ratios, and speeds
• Knowledge of hand tools and power tools
• Experience operating a drill press and hydraulic press
• Ability to perform quality welds in horizontal positions using MIG, TIG, and ARC welding
• Basic knowledge of basic electricity
• Proficiency in using a multimeter, tape measure, and torque wrench in both ft-lb and in-lb
• Understanding of three-phase motors, motor controls, wrapping, and food processing equipment
• Ability to troubleshoot and read electrical and mechanical schematics
• Comprehensive knowledge of safe work practices and OSHA standards
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team setting
• Ability to work independently and flexible hours across all shifts
• Detail-oriented and strong mathematical aptitude
• Pass a Math/Reading Comprehensive test
• Capable of standing for prolonged periods on concrete/metal grate floors and in cold environments
