About the role
Assists in maintaining machinery, plumbing, building and equipment of the facility.
Responsibilities
- Assist with overhauls and repairs as needed
- Assist in sizing, aligning, installing, replacing, and adjusting chains, sprockets, shakers, motors, drives, and gearheads
- Assist with inspection, repair or overhaul of any style pump, gearhead, drive, reel, shaker, motor, air cleaner, etc.
- Cut, form, and assemble parts to construct machinery and equipment
- Keep records up to date
- Oil and grease equipment as needed
- Maintain proper housekeeping
- Observe all company safety policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Knowledge of hand and power tools
- Some mechanical knowledge
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Attention to detail when working with diagrams, prints, and manuals
- High School Diploma or equivalent
