We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes: Job Description (description of role), A day on the job looks like this (list of duties). Qualifications (required and preferred). Additional Information includes benefits: Competitive compensation based on skills and experience, and bonus eligible; Paid leave for new parents; Excellent medical/dental and vision coverage; 401(k) retirement plan with company contribution; Flexible benefits; Generous employee discount; Casual dress. Also mention location: Garland, UT. Also mention fully onsite role. Also mention occasional overtime, weekends, off-shift hours as season requires. Also mention forklift certification. We need to decide sections: About the role (maybe a brief description). Responsibilities (list of duties). Requirements (maybe required qualifications). Qualifications (maybe preferred? But we have both required and preferred; could combine into Requirements and Qualifications? The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We can include sections that have content. We have About the role: we can use the introductory paragraph about distribution center and role. Responsibilities: list of duties from "A day on the job looks like this:" bullet list. Requirements: required qualifications (2+ years experience, ability to use tools, comfortable conditions, forklift-certified or willing, able to work occasional overtime, fully onsite). Qualifications: preferred qualifications (coursework/certification, familiarity with forklift repair, graduates of Bridgerland Tech College strongly preferred). Skills: maybe we could list skills like mechanical troubleshooting, electrical, etc. But we might not have explicit skills section; we could infer from responsibilities. However instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we might combine Skills into Requirements or Qualifications. But we need to follow headings list; we can omit Skills if no specific content. Benefits: we have benefits listed. Pay: we have "Competitive compensation based on skills and experience, and bonus eligible" - that's pay info. Schedule: we have occasional overtime, weekends, off-shift hours as season requires; also fully onsite. So we can include Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we must keep details like "Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on conveyor systems, motors, sensors, and related material-handling equipment following established procedures and plans" etc. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's craft:

Pay

Competitive compensation based on skills and experience, with bonus eligibility.

Schedule

Fully onsite position in Garland, UT; occasional overtime, weekends, or off‑shift hours as the season requires.

We need to ensure we didn't duplicate content: Pay and Benefits both mention competitive compensation; we could keep Pay separate as short sentence. Benefits list includes that as first bullet; maybe we should avoid duplication. The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. If we put competitive compensation in both Benefits and Pay, that's duplication but not invented. Might be okay but could be considered redundant. Better to keep Pay section with the competitive compensation detail, and Benefits section without that bullet (or we could keep it but it's okay). However we need to avoid filler/placeholder text. Not an issue. But we might combine Pay into Benefits and omit Pay section. However the instruction says include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it. Pay info exists: "Competitive compensation based on skills and experience, and bonus eligible". That's specific. So we should include Pay. Benefits also includes that line; we could keep it in Benefits as well, but that duplicates. Might be okay but could be considered redundant but not invented. However we might want to avoid duplication to keep concise. Let's keep Pay section with that sentence, and Benefits section without that sentence (remove it from Benefits). Then Benefits list will have other items. Let's adjust Benefits bullet list: - Paid leave for new parents to support work/life balance and family bonding - Excellent medical/dental and vision coverage—EPO, PPO and HSA - 401(k) retirement plan with company contribution - Flexible benefits—choose what you like, ignore the rest - Generous employee discount - Casual dress Now Pay section: Competitive compensation based on skills and experience, and bonus eligible. Schedule section: Fully onsite role located in Garland, UT; occasional overtime, weekends, or off‑shift hours as the season requires. We also need to include location maybe in About the role or Requirements. Already have location in Requirements. Could also mention in About the role. Check we didn't miss any substantive info: The intro about Lakeshore's mission etc. That's part of About the role? The posting includes a paragraph about Lakeshore's mission before Job Description. That is substantive but not directly about role. Should we include that? The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information. So we should include that introductory paragraph about Lakeshore's mission, history, etc. It's not boilerplate; it's about company. Should we put that in About the role? Could be part of About the role or maybe a separate section like "About Lakeshore". But headings list only includes About the role, Responsibilities, etc. We could put that content in About the role section as well. The About the role currently only has a short paragraph about distribution center. We could expand to include the company overview. That would preserve all substantive info. Thus About the role: combine company overview and role description. Let's craft About the role:

Our distribution center in Garland, UT keeps classrooms stocked with the tools educators and children need to learn and grow — and you help make that possible. As a Seasonal Maintenance Mechanic, you'll keep our facility and material‑handling equipment running safely and reliably, working alongside a hands‑on team.

That preserves all. Now ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO, E-Verify, etc. We removed those. Check for any other substantive info: "If you like solving mechanical puzzles and take pride in a well-running facility, this role is a great fit." That's also substantive; we could include in About the role or Responsibilities. Let's add a sentence after role description: "If you like solving mechanical puzzles and take pride in a well‑running facility, this role is a great fit." Add to About the role after role description. Now check for any other info: "This is a fully onsite role located in Garland, UT" already in Requirements. Also "Preferred: Coursework or certification in industrial maintenance, electrical systems, or a related trade program" etc. Already in Qualifications. Check for "Graduates of Bridgerland Tech College strongly preferred" included. Check for "Familiarity with forklift repair and basic troubleshooting" included. Check for "Able to work occasional overtime, weekends, or off-shift hours as the season requires" included in Requirements and Schedule. Check for "Forklift-certified or willing to obtain certification after hire" included. Check for "Comfortable working in varied physical conditions including heat, cold, dust, noise, elevated heights, and extended time on concrete surfaces" included. Check for "Ability to use hand and power tools effectively and safely" included. Check for "2+ years of experience in a warehouse, facilities, or light industrial environment — or an equivalent combination of technical training and hands-on experience" included. Check for "Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on conveyor systems, motors, sensors, and related material-handling equipment following established procedures and plans" etc included. Check for "Troubleshoot and repair basic electrical and mechanical issues on material-handling components, including photo eyes, relays, solenoids, and motor starters" included. Check for "Maintain and repair racking, shelving, dock levelers, and overhead doors to keep operations moving safely" included. Check for "Complete routine facility maintenance tasks and support janitorial needs as they arise" included. Check for "Monitor forklift battery water levels and ensure timely, correct charging" included. Check for "Follow all safety and loss-prevention policies and procedures, contributing to a safe work environment for the whole team" included. Check for "Paid leave for new parents
