Responsibilities
- Coordinate the local maintenance team.
- Ensure efficient maintenance.
- Oversee preventive and corrective processes.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety protocols.
- Support overall facility management.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of exposure to team management and coordination activities.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in technical maintenance, within spa facilities or similar environments.
- Extensive electricity operations knowledge is required.
- Experience with facility-wide operations (maintenance, HVAC, water treatment, etc.).
- Certified pool/spa operator (CPO) is a plus.
- Experience multi-tasking, analytical thinking, and making data-informed decisions.
- Experience leading a team by example - willing to assist with tasks.
- Solve problems with urgency and accuracy.
- Detail-oriented: follow and give detailed instructions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
- Adequate vision and hearing to properly interpret water analyses and equipment readings, as well as complete record keeping.
- Able to lift heavy objects (up to 80 pounds).
- Physically able to perform all aspects of cleaning, checking, and monitoring pools and the facility.
- Able to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
