Maintenance Manager - Tribeca

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the local maintenance team.
  • Ensure efficient maintenance.
  • Oversee preventive and corrective processes.
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety protocols.
  • Support overall facility management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of exposure to team management and coordination activities.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in technical maintenance, within spa facilities or similar environments.
  • Extensive electricity operations knowledge is required.
  • Experience with facility-wide operations (maintenance, HVAC, water treatment, etc.).
  • Certified pool/spa operator (CPO) is a plus.
  • Experience multi-tasking, analytical thinking, and making data-informed decisions.
  • Experience leading a team by example - willing to assist with tasks.
  • Solve problems with urgency and accuracy.
  • Detail-oriented: follow and give detailed instructions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
  • Adequate vision and hearing to properly interpret water analyses and equipment readings, as well as complete record keeping.
  • Able to lift heavy objects (up to 80 pounds).
  • Physically able to perform all aspects of cleaning, checking, and monitoring pools and the facility.
  • Able to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
