Maintenance Manager - NWA
About the Role
First Western is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations across six locations in Northwest Arkansas. This role involves handling minor repairs (e.g., light bulb changes, lock changes, moving furniture) and coordinating with outside vendors for larger projects (e.g., appliance maintenance, building repairs). The Maintenance Manager will assist with bids for repair projects and maintain strong relationships with external vendors.
Additional responsibilities include transferring inter-office mail between branches daily, ensuring branch supplies are ordered or purchased, scheduling maintenance for company-owned vehicles, inspecting buildings and grounds for repair needs, and making maintenance recommendations to a supervisor.

Responsibilities
- Perform minor maintenance repairs (e.g., light bulb changes, lock changes, moving furniture).
- Coordinate with outside vendors for large repairs (e.g., appliance maintenance, building repairs).
- Assist with bids for repair projects and maintain vendor relationships.
- Transfer inter-office mail between branches daily.
- Order or purchase branch supplies on a continual basis.
- Schedule maintenance for company-owned vehicles.
- Inspect buildings and grounds for repair needs and make recommendations to a supervisor.
- Drive throughout Northwest Arkansas to transfer/deliver items and shop for supplies.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check, consumer credit check, and drug screening.
- Moderately physical role requiring lifting/moving heavy items, using ladders, and working with tools.
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM (full-time).
