About the role

We are looking for an Experienced Maintenance Manager for our Luxury Apartment Communities.

Responsibilities

• Manage Capital Expense projects providing 3 bids, scope of work and generating contracts
• Ensure proper security to property
• Ensure safety to property
• Generate monthly maintenance reports for building systems, repairs, inspections, regulatory compliance, and Preventive Maintenance programs
• Manage inventory for assets over $1000 value
• Responsible for Safety and efficient use of maintenance personel and operations
• Participate in efforts to hire on-site maintenance technicians
• Responsible for QA/QC for property maintenance

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have maintenance manager's experience in residential property management.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing and HVAC.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Candidate should be proficient at using Yardi Voyager.
• Must be available for emergency situations including weekends and holidays.
• A valid driver’s license and a good driving record and travel to various properties.

Skills

• Experience as maintenance supervisor/facilities manager
• Great customer service skills
