Maintenance Manager - Full Time

About the Role

Oversees facility maintenance and engineering activities, ensuring operational efficiency and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop maintenance teams
• Manage daily maintenance operations
• Develop and implement maintenance solutions
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Monitor financial performance through budget and P&L management

Requirements

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience
• 1-2 years in a management role
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Strong multi-tasking and team management skills
