Maintenance Manager - Full Time

About the Role

As an Area Maintenance Manager, you will lead a maintenance team to ensure safety, efficiency, and operational excellence in a high-volume environment. Your responsibilities include developing maintenance strategies, managing preventative programs, and responding to emergencies with quick, effective actions. You will provide mentorship to technicians and automation engineers, enforce safety protocols, oversee external contractors, and monitor Material Handling Equipment (MHE) performance metrics to optimize system operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Reliability Engineering, or related fields, or 2+ years of relevant experience
• 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience
• Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
