About the Role
The Area Maintenance Manager leads a maintenance team to ensure safety, efficiency, and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Develops maintenance strategies and manages preventative programs.
- Supervises technicians and engineers.
- Coordinates with external contractors.
- Monitors Material Handling Equipment (MHE) performance.
- Ensures adherence to safety protocols.

- Responds to emergencies with quick, effective actions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, or 2+ years of relevant experience.
- 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
- 2+ years of supervisory experience.
- 2+ years of CMMS experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced certifications.
- Project management experience.
- Experience with MHE systems.
