Join Vantage Specialty Chemicals as a Maintenance Manager and lead our maintenance operations to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and safety of our facilities. Drive excellence in equipment maintenance and reliability and contribute to our success in the chemical manufacturing industry.

This is an in-office position that works out of the Gurnee, IL manufacturing site. Reporting to the Site Leader, the Maintenance Manager sits on the Site Leadership team. Direct Reports include a Reliability Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, Maintenance Supervisor. Additional indirect reports (report into the Maintenance Supervisor) include skilled Boiler Technicians, Technicians, Welders, Maintenance Mechanics and a Stockroom Coordinator. The Gurnee site is a 24/7 batch chemical manufacturing operation, sitting on 13 acres.
