Responsibilities

• Leads maintenance operations across multiple plant locations, ensuring equipment, facilities, and supporting systems are safe, reliable, and available for production.
• Develops the maintenance team.
• Establishes preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Coordinates repairs and capital work.
• Manages resources and vendors.
• Drives continuous improvement in equipment performance, regulatory compliance, and cost control.
