Maintenance Manager

About the role

The role involves overseeing maintenance operations, ensuring facility safety, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain optimal operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all maintenance activities to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Collaborate with engineering and facility management teams to identify and implement cost-saving measures.
• Ensure all maintenance tasks are completed within budget and schedule.
• Perform regular inspections to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain maintenance schedules and records.
• Train and mentor new employees in maintenance procedures and safety protocols.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in facility maintenance or engineering.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and practices.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.

Skills

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with project management tools and software.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Pay

$X per hour, depending on experience.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
