Maintenance Manager
Maintenance Manager
Maintain a safe, attractive, and enjoyable living environment for individuals receiving services.
- Oversight of ongoing preventative maintenance programs for assigned sites
- Planning and scheduling work assignments of maintenance staff
- Analysis and resolution of complaints pertaining to personnel, services, and equipment
- Management of outside contractors to ensure quality of work delivered
- Coordination of proposals and bids from contractors
- Culture of continuous improvement
- Overseeing the establishment of accounts with material vendors
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3-4 years of related experience with at least 1 year of supervisory experience required
- Advanced technical training preferred
- Working knowledge of safety codes/regulations
- Ability to manage/prioritize multiple tasks
- Effective communication skills and well-developed problem-solving skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality in everything you do
Pay
$55,000 or more depending on experience
