Maintenance Manager

Maintain a safe, attractive, and enjoyable living environment for individuals receiving services.

• Oversight of ongoing preventative maintenance programs for assigned sites
• Planning and scheduling work assignments of maintenance staff
• Analysis and resolution of complaints pertaining to personnel, services, and equipment
• Management of outside contractors to ensure quality of work delivered
• Coordination of proposals and bids from contractors
• Culture of continuous improvement
• Overseeing the establishment of accounts with material vendors

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3-4 years of related experience with at least 1 year of supervisory experience required
• Advanced technical training preferred
• Working knowledge of safety codes/regulations
• Ability to manage/prioritize multiple tasks
• Effective communication skills and well-developed problem-solving skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality in everything you do

Pay

$55,000 or more depending on experience
