Maintenance Manager

What You Will Do

• Lead, coordinate, and support the Technical Team by managing priorities, removing bottlenecks, and resolving critical issues to maximize production efficiency
• Oversee maintenance of machinery, equipment, molds, and utilities, minimizing production disruptions and maximizing equipment uptime
• Ensure machinery, equipment, and utilities comply with material, functional, safety, and regulatory requirements
• Manage external suppliers and consultants, selecting the best solutions and supervising service delivery
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies, HSE regulations, and workplace hygiene standards, maintaining clean, safe, and organized work areas
• Collaborate with Production and Quality to resolve major technical and quality issues
• Ensure availability of critical spare parts, monitor consumption trends, and optimize inventory replenishment
• Maintain workshop safety, cleanliness, and organization
• Prepare daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual technical reports, maintaining accurate maintenance documentation and records

What We Are Looking For

• Proven experience as Head of Maintenance in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic systems
• Excellent knowledge of plastic molding technologies (EBM, SBM, and/or Injection Molding)
• Strong applied knowledge of WCM principles, HSE standards, and best practices
• Ability to operate manual and electric forklifts
