Maintenance Manager

About the role

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities within the facility, ensuring compliance with safety standards and maintaining optimal operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance tasks to ensure timely completion and adherence to safety protocols.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and resolve complex equipment issues.
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure quality and cost-effective service delivery.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar managerial role.
• Proven track record in managing maintenance operations and resolving technical issues.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and mentor a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with building management systems and HVAC technologies.

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
