About the role
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for performing weekly checks at the storage facility, cleaning out units, overlocking delinquent units, doing minor handy work, doing some heavy lifting, and other tasks as needed.
Responsibilities
- Weekly checks at the facility
- Cleaning out units for rental
- Overlocking delinquent units
- Doing minor handy work (painting, small repairs, minor electrical)
- Doing some heavy lifting as needed
Requirements
- Strong work ethic
- Excellent communication skills
- A can-do attitude

Schedule
Ability to work on your own schedule, including mornings, nights, and weekends. Available within 1-2 days notice as needed.
