Responsibilities

• Oversee building projects, renovations, and ensure equipment runs smoothly.
• Manage a team of talented maintenance technicians.
• Serve as the point person for building vendors and ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Leverage expertise in mechanical systems, PLCs, and CMMS to diagnose and solve problems.
• Champion continuous improvement through strategic budgeting and data analysis.

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience as a maintenance manager in manufacturing or warehousing.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Strong mechanical skills and knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and PLCs.
• Experience with CNC machines—lathes and mills.
• Experience using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement.
