About the role
A growing food company located near Harrisonburg, VA is seeking a Maintenance Manager with poultry experience.
Pay
Salary range: $120,000–$140,000 plus 20% bonus.
Schedule
1st shift.

Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in food production maintenance
- 4+ years as a maintenance supervisor or superintendent in a food production plant
- Experience with processing equipment, PLCs, electrical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive results through mentoring others
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel)
