Maintenance Manager

This Maintenance Manager position is based at the Steel & Poly manufacturing facility in St. Francis, Wisconsin. It is a full‑time role (Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–3:00 PM) leading a small team of 2–3 maintenance colleagues to keep equipment running, drive improvements, and support safe, efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a small team responsible for maintaining and repairing manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment issues.
• Plan and prioritize maintenance activities to minimize downtime and production disruptions.
• Develop and improve preventive maintenance programs
