Responsibilities
- Maintain and oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to minimize unplanned downtime in a 24/7 operation.
- Lead the maintenance team in implementing and sustaining reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) practices.
- Deploy maintenance strategies and KPIs and metrics aligned with business/company strategies and performance goals.
- Collaborate on Root Cause Analysis and Reliability-Centered Maintenance to reduce unscheduled downtime and boost equipment efficiency.

Salary: $135,000 - $150,000
