We need to output only HTML fragment, no html/body tags, no markdown fences. Use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Include sections only if posting has real specific content. We have job summary, responsibilities (many), minimum requirements, preferred qualifications, additional KSAs, physical requirements, salary range, benefits mention. Also location, date, company etc but we should not repeat job title as heading; we can include metadata in a short

. We should remove boilerplate like EEO, drug testing, AI usage, etc. Also remove navigation/legal etc. Keep substantive info. We need sections: About the role (maybe job summary). Responsibilities (list). Requirements (minimum requirements). Qualifications (preferred qualifications). Skills (additional KSAs). Benefits (mention benefits program). Pay (salary range). Schedule (maybe physical requirements mention rotating shift schedule and overtime; also schedule info). Could also include Schedule section if posting states schedule: "Able to work a rotating shift schedule and to work overtime as needed". That's schedule info. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content. We need to use

  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. For prose use

. We need to preserve all substantive info; not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all responsibilities bullet points as list items. That's many; we need to keep them all. Use

    • for each duty. Similarly for requirements: minimum requirements (two options). Could be a
        . Preferred qualifications: maybe a
          . Additional KSAs: maybe a
            or

list. Benefits: mention medical, vision, dental, 401K, flexible spending accounts, annual bonus, short- and long-term incentives, program-specific awards. Could be a

. Pay: salary range $144,480 - $216,720. Also note that actual salaries vary based on location, experience, performance; other rewards include annual bonus etc but that's benefits. We'll put Pay section with that range. Schedule: mention rotating shift schedule and overtime as needed. Could be a

. We also need to include location/date/company maybe as a short

at top. We must not repeat job title as heading. The job title is Maintenance Manager. We'll not put that as heading. We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings; none present. We must remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we need to strip lines like "NRG Energy is committed to a drug and alcohol-free workplace..." etc. Also remove "EOE AA M/F/Vet/Disability." etc. Also remove "Level, Title and/or Salary may be adjusted..." etc. Also remove "Official description on file with Talent." etc. Also remove "We support the use of AI tools..." etc. Also remove "Nearest Major Market: Los Angeles" maybe keep? It's location info but maybe considered metadata; we could keep as part of location

. It's not boilerplate. Keep. We need to preserve all substantive information: that includes physical requirements details (climbing ladders, confined spaces, etc). That's substantive; we should include maybe under a section? Could be part of Requirements or a separate section like Physical Requirements but we only have allowed headings list; we could put under Requirements or maybe under Skills? But we have to follow allowed headings; we can't create new headings like Physical Requirements. We could incorporate physical requirements into Requirements section as list items. Or we could put them under a

within Requirements. Since we have a Requirements heading, we can include both minimum requirements and physical requirements as list items under that heading. However the instructions say: Use

              • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can combine. Similarly, we could put KSAs under Skills heading. Let's structure:
