Maintenance Manager

About the role

CV Resources is partnering with a well‑established, stable manufacturing company in Caldwell, Idaho, to find an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations at their 100% onsite production facility. This is a hands‑on leadership opportunity for someone with a strong mechanical and industrial maintenance background who enjoys keeping equipment running, reducing downtime, and developing a maintenance team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all preventative and corrective maintenance activities.
• Manage the maintenance team and prioritize daily workflow.
• Troubleshoot equipment and machinery issues.
• Perform minor repairs and coordinate major repairs with outside vendors.
• Maintain inventory and organization of the tool crib.
• Partner closely with Production and Safety to support a safe, efficient facility.
• Develop and maintain long‑term preventative maintenance strategies.
• Monitor equipment downtime and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Recommend parts, repairs, and technical solutions.
• Train, mentor, and support maintenance team members.
• Help ensure all facility equipment is safe, reliable, and operational.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical and technical skills.
• Experience with industrial equipment and electrical maintenance.
• Previous leadership or team management experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Working knowledge of stationary saws, power and hand tools, pneumatic tools, hoists, and small engine repair.
• Ability to diagnose equipment issues and perform minor repairs.
• Experience coordinating major repairs and outside vendors.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced production environment.

Pay

$80,000–$110,000 DOE, including base salary and quarterly bonuses.
