Essential Functions Manage maintenance department functions and personnel for assigned facilitiesCoordinate preventative maintenance with production planning staffReceive and review requests for maintenance and prioritize maintenance activities based on urgency and availability of resourcesInspect equipment regularly to identify current and potential maintenance needs; recommend equipment upgrades or modificationsMaintain records and documentation related to repairs madeManage work of technical maintenance staff, contractors or subcontractorsPractice Creative Foam’s values in a positive manner at all timesWork overtime as required based on business needs and/or operational requirementsPerform all other tasks as requested and required
