Maintenance Manager

POSITION TITLE: Maintenance Manager REPORTING RELATIONSHIP: Plant Manager PAY STRUCTURE: Salary Exempt PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION: Oversees maintenance personnel and the scheduling of activities necessary to maintain the facility and support production operations. Duties And Responsibilities Manage plant Preventive Maintenance System.Purchasing of all necessary materials and equipment. Supervise and train the maintenance associates in their duties.Direct the maintenance and tool setup activities to ensure that they are completed in a safe and timely manner and process requirements are met.Develop procedures and programs to provide for the optimum maintenance of equipment.Responsible for maintaining the equipment to meet all safety codes.Provide Tracking Reports; Die/Mold changeovers, PM, etc.Participate in meetings as appropriateSupports plant management in the execution of the company’s safety process – workplace audits, accident investigation, and safety awareness.Adhere to company policies and procedures, including Safety, Quality, and EMS Fully participate in and support Corvac’s Environmental Management Systems.Fully participate in and support Corvac’s Quality Management Systems.Other duties and responsibilities as needed Minimum Qualifications 5 – 7 years experience in Maintenance SupervisionBasic reading, writing, and math skillsBasic computer skillsProficient in electronic controls, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic circuits, and troubleshooting.Forklift license / CertificationEffective leadership abilitiesProficient with implementation and maintenance of Preventive Maintenance Systems The following are some of the tools and/or products that may be required to perform the above-mentioned duties: Page Break Leader Standard WorkComputerPM Software SystemPower ToolsForkliftHand ToolsOffice EquipmentGlovesSafety Equipment
