Maintenance Manager

Job Summary

We are now hiring a Maintenance Manager to join our awesome team. Salary Range: $23.00-$25.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of the day-to-day activities of the Maintenance Department to ensure the facility is maintained in a clean, safe, and comfortable manner, following all applicable standards and regulations.
• Supervision of the team and assistance with the operation, repair, and maintenance of boilers, compressors, generators, HVAC systems, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Planning and carrying out repair programs, new construction, and equipment installations.
• Tracking spending and labor budgets.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years' experience in the operation of boilers, compressors, generators, and mechanical systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
• Knowledge of reading and interpreting blueprints, wiring schematics, etc.
• Knowledgeable in building codes, safety regulations, and maintenance practices.
• Licensed in accordance with current applicable standards, codes, labor laws, etc.
• Ability to plan and carry out repair programs, new construction, and equipment installation.
• Ability to control and track direct spending and labor budgets.

Qualifications

• Experience in a healthcare facility.
• Supervisory experience.
