Maintenance Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach maintenance technicians (mechanical, electrical, facilities).
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime.
• Collaborate with Production and Fulfillment Managers to meet operational goals.
• Ensure compliance with GMPs, FDA, OSHA, and internal SOPs.
• Absorb and manage maintenance shop operations, scheduling, and budget tracking.
• Inspect work for quality, safety, and compliance standards.
• Support contractor work and special projects as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years maintenance supervision or team lead experience (food manufacturing preferred).
• Strong electrical, mechanical, and facilities maintenance skills.
• Prioritization and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of production equipment and food manufacturing processes.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
