The Maintenance Manager role is pivotal to each community's success. AVE is seeking a Maintenance Manager who is hands-on and leads by example. Responsibilities

• Inspire and motivate the maintenance team to achieve our high level of brand standards and overall resident experience
• Hold maintenance team members accountable for daily responsibilities
• Perform various maintenance functions in suites, amenity spaces, and indoor/outdoor areas including but not limited to: painting, caulking, HVAC repairs, lock repairs, window/door repairs, electrical repairs, appliance repairs, preventative maintenance, and changing light bulbs, filters, batteries, etc.
• Complete resident service requests and prepare suites for move-ins
