Maintenance Manager - Albany, NY

About the role

We’re looking for a strong Maintenance Manager who can lead a maintenance organization toward a more proactive, reliability‑focused operation. This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader who brings technical maintenance expertise, accountability, and the ability to successfully implement change.

Responsibilities

• Drive proactive reliability and downtime reduction.
• Implement and improve maintenance processes, policies, and procedures.
• Strengthen CMMS, MRO, and parts management processes.
• Lead change initiatives and build a more proactive maintenance organization.
• Manage smaller capital equipment implementation projects.
• Drive improvements in safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Develop the team while promoting accountability and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of maintenance leadership experience, preferably in food & beverage.
• Strong technical maintenance and organizational experience.
• Experience with CMMS systems.
• Demonstrated success implementing organizational and process changes.
• Strong leadership, accountability, and change‑management skills.
• Resilient leader who is willing to learn and continue developing.

Pay

Salary up to $120,000.
