Maintenance Manager-1st Shift

About the role

Responsible for overseeing maintenance operations to ensure facility equipment and systems are functioning optimally.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures.
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs and upgrades.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in facility management or maintenance.
• Proficient in using maintenance software and tools.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Experience with project management software.
